Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekdays or holidays. If we, 3000BC Therapeutics, are experiencing a high volume of orders, you might experience delays. If this is the case, we will send you an email update with your new estimated date of delivery as well as an explanation for the delay. 

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Delivery Time is between 3 and 5 business days in India.

Delivery is free if the total sales is higher than Rs. 1500

Delivery is @Rs. 80 for all sales below Rs. 1500

There is no minimum order

*As essential oils cannot be couriered by air, express delivery is not an option if the order includes these products. We use Delhivery as our shipping partner and cannot be held responsible for delays on their end*

Shipping Confirmation Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your order via Delhivery’s tracking service.

Damages

3000BC Therapeutics LLP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
